GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: WHAT BRANDS OF MAKEUP DO YOU USE?

A: Only luxury makeup brands are used. The majority of the kit includes NARS, MAC, Stila, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Tarte and Urban Decay.

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY SERVICES?

A: It is never too early to get your makeup dates booked! Anywhere from a year to 8 months ahead of time is best to guarantee the dates that you need.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MAKEUP DONE?

A: Once we determine the set amount of people in your group, I will discuss a timeline with you to help guide you through the day! Time slots will be created to help keep everyone on schedule.

Q: DOES THE BRIDE ALSO PAY FOR THE BRIDESMAIDS MAKEUP SERVICES?

A: This would depend on the bride’s budget. I have had brides pay for all makeup services, individual bridesmaids have paid for only themselves or a mother, father or relative could gift the services.

PREVIEW APPOINTMENTS

Q: WHAT HAPPENS DURING A PREVIEW (OR TRIAL) APPOINTMENT?

A: The preview appointment is designed for us to custom create the look for your special day. This is where we get to try different colors, looks and intensities so you can see and feel your makeup ahead of time!

Q: HOW FAR AHEAD OF MY AGREED UPON DATE SHOULD I HAVE MY TRIAL APPOINTMENT?

A: 3-6 months ahead of time is typically the best.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A TRIAL APPOINTMENT?

A: Nothing except a freshly cleaned face and some inspirational pictures!

TRAVEL / FEES

Q: DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO AND THE SURROUNDING SUBURBS?

A: Yes, I have traveled to other states adjacent to Illinois for various clients. These events typically take a bit more planning so it is best to book your time far in advance!

Q: WILL FEES BE CHARGED FOR OUT OF AREA EVENTS?

A: Locations 15 miles or more outside of the 60622 Chicago area code will have a $50 travel fee added to the final bill. The client is also responsible for any parking costs associated with the trip
